Topland is a real estate business marketing and management firm based in the City of Baguio which caters to the High, Middle and Low-income markets. For more than 12 years of experience in marketing various properties of its affiliate companies such as Memorial Parks, Subdivisions and Resorts, it has consistently achieved its Vission-Mission of providing and delivering high quality residential projects, marketing condo and commemorative parks in the City and its nearby municipalities.

As of date we market six projects in Metro Baguio, La Trinidad and San Fabian. With its strong organization, we continue to deliver more projects to our dear clients in any season.

HISTORY

In the middle part of fiscal year 1998, the President and Chairman of the Board, Engr. Mario R. Alzona, Jr. of ALPA PCM, INC., saw a need to create a subsidiary corporation which will handle their ever growing inventories as well as the inventories of its sister companies, namely REALEZA Development Corporation and CALGRYP Philippines, Inc.


So in October 1, 1998 TOPLAND was formally organized composing of employees and staff of ALPA PCM, INC., as well as its real estate agents. It was structured to market different projects such as Memorial Parks, Subdivisions and Resorts in Metro Baguio, La Trinidad Benguet and Pangasinan. i.e. Pyramid Memorial Park Phase – I and II in Kias and Pyramid Memorial Park Phase – I in La Trinidad, Benguet, all in Metro Baguio; Pyramid Memorial Park Mangaldan, Alpa Ville Subdivision, REALEZA Scenic View and Log Cabin Homes located at Taloy Sur Benguet, CALGRYP Hills Subdivision in Irisan, and Fresh Sea Wind Resort in San Fabian, Pangasinan.
